This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the offences against the accused person in Crime No.266 of 2018 and file the final report before the competent Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint is pending for enquiry and the same will be completed within a period of three weeks.

3. Considering the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
