ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. In the cause title, the second respondent has been erroneously described as working in Madurai. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner clarifies that the second respondent against whom action is sought to be taken, is working at Chennai. If that be so, cause of action has not arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The current residence of the petitioner at Madurai will not confer jurisdiction on this Court. The petitioner has to necessarily file a proper writ petition before the Principal Seat.

3. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
