ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent by way of harassing the petitioner and his family member.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that earlier a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.355 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 447, 294b) and 506(ii) IPC and the petitioner has obtained bail and also complied with the condition and the investigation is pending and hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
