ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC in Crime No.10 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
4.The marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant had taken place only on 04.02.2018. The Specific allegations are only against the petitioner are that he is having https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ illicit affair with another co-accused and also that he had demanded dowry.
5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
