And Sections 3,4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.2 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. This is the third anticipatory bail application and the earlier applications in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1029 of 2016 and Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5661 of 2016 were dismissed by this Court. There is no change in facts and situations. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
