This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent in respect of criminal activities against one Murugaiyan and others on 09.03.2025, but no action was taken. Again he sent a representation dated 15.03.2025, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same was closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the second 2/4
respondent and the same was closed after enquiry, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Today the copy of the closure report also furnished to the petitioner's counsel. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law and this writ petition is closed. No costs.
