PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to call for the entire records pertaining to the F.I.R in Crime No. 209 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karivalamvanthanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.209 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation in Cr.No.209 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, taken on file as PRC No.6 of 2022.
