ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in Crime No.85 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioners are concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this crime number has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai through E filing.

3. Subsequent to the filing of the present petition the final report was filed, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai is 2/4

directed to process the charge sheet within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
