This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent Police to give adequate police protection with gunman to the petitioner for his life and liberty, on the basis of his representation, dated 15.08.2019.

Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as of now, no complaint / representation has been received from the petitioner for the prayer to give police protection. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
