ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.04.2021 for the alleged offences under Section 392 r/w. Sections 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.04.2021, at about 8.00 am., the petitioner said to have took a knife and place the knife on the defacto complainant's neck and criminally intimidated him and also took Rs.650/- from his pocket.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 17.04.2021, hence he may be granted bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy and he has five previous cases, one of them being a murder case.

No.7499 of 2021 5.It is seen from the submissions that on 17.04.2021, at about 8.00 a.m., when the defacto complainant was going in a bi-cycle, in Majiranuvacolony fifth street, the accused called him and demanded Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). When the defacto complainant said that he had no money, the accused criminally intimidated him by saying that he is a rowdy and he had already been in jail for several times. So, he took a knife and place the knife on the defacto complainant's neck and took Rs.650/- from his pocket, therefore, this case came to be filed.
6.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has five previous cases pending, including a murder case and the threat he may pose to the defacto complainant and witnesses, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
