JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.177 of 2023 dated 20.12.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court No.II to deal with MCOP cases, Tiruchirappalli.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
