It appears, pursuant to the aforesaid notice, he has also paid the amount. In such view of the matter, we are not able to find any reason to allow this writ appeal. If the appellant is aggrieved over the subsequent order, liberty is given to him to approach the respondents seeking appropriate orders. No costs. Consequently, CMP(MD)Nos.4331 & 4332 of 2017 are closed.
