Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2015 for granting patta for five cents land to the petitioner's dwelling house in Survey No.25/146, Kalvettu Medu, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.
