(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.

2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Writ petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent for constructing Thayanoor Kanniamman Kovil Nadaga Medai at Thayanoor Village, Indankulam Post, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by using inferior quality material as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also not obtaining power connection by considering petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2018.

4.The petitioner informs of being a resident of Thayanoor Village and that receipt of a bribe the 2nd respondent effected payment of the entries sanctioned amount of Rs.4 lakhs to the 3rd respondent though such respondent had constructed a stage with inferior and old material and failed to obtain requisite electricity connection. Stating so, the petitioner has made a representation on 29.05.2018 to the first respondent District Collector. 5.We have no reason to think that the first respondent would not deal with the matter on merits and take appropriate action if called for. We may note that the allegation of payment of bribe is now-a-days ever so often made in ever so casual a manner. 6.This Writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
