This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 02.04.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint against his colleague. This Court does not find any specific allegation for the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
