dated 20.03.2025 for providing Internal and External Electrical arrangements, air conditioning 30 KVA UPS, CCTV and LAN Cable and 58.5 KVA Generator arrangements of Construction of Pre-fabricated workshop building for Centres of Excellence in Government Polytechnic Colleges, Keelapur in Ariyalur District, Karur District and Thuvakudi, Trichy District, respectively or in the alternative to direct the respondents to accept the tender application of the petitioner without production of the work site visit certificate. ORDER
Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner, represents that Work Site Visit Certificate has been issued and hence the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.
