ORDER

This is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb under the guise of one Navin and Anbumani. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The allegation in the complaint is that one Jovin and M.Bova are conducting a travel agency and sending persons to foreign countries for employment. The petitioner has given a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the said two persons for getting employment to one Navin and Anbumani. But the travel agency did not issue visa https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the said persons. When the petitioner approached the travel agency to get visa or refund of the amount, they refused to return the money and lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 16.12.2015. As the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.It is alleged that the second respondent is expected to give sufficient protection to the petitioner herein. 5.In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 16.12.2015 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
