The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the fourth respondent from taking over the charge of the temple, viz., Arulmighu Sri Viswanathaswamy Temple, Anakkudi Village, Thiruvidaimarudhur Taluk, Thanjavur District, pursuance to the notice, dated 22.02.2014 issued by the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that already fit person has been appointed and he has taken charge of the temple.

3.Without deciding various allegations made by petitioner on merits recording the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner, to challenge the order of the appointment of the fit person. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
