O R D E R

The petitioner was dismissed from service based on the conviction and sentence imposed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni in S.C.No.2 of 2008 in the judgment, dated 06.05.2011.

2. The petitioner preferred Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.No.147 of 2011 questioning the conviction and sentence, before this Court and this Court set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court by the judgment dated 05.03.2015. Hence, in these circumstances, the petitioner made a representation, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.04.2015 to the fourth respondent and another representation, dated 24.06.2015 to the second respondent enclosing the aforesaid judgment.

3. In these circumstances, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to dispose of the aforesaid representation.

4. The learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Generation and Electricity Distribution Corporation, has submitted that the fourth respondent has sent a proposal on 23.10.2015 to the second respondent based on the judgment of the Criminal Court and the same is pending with the second respondent.

5. In these circumstances, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the fourth respondent referred to above relating to reinstatement and other benefits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
