detention order passed by the second respondents in H.S.(MD).Confdl.No. 59/2022, dated 05.04.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Thiru.Muthukumar, S/o.Balamurugan, Male aged 22, who is detained at Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty.
