Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2015 and to measure the properties situate in Survey Nos.865/1, 865/2, 865/4 and 865/4C to a total extent of 89 cents at Lembalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District within a specified period fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 09.09.2015 through which, he sought for measuring the properties situate in Survey Nos.865/1, 865/2, 865/4 and 865/4C to a total extent of 89 cents at Lembalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not taken any steps so far to measure the properties of the petitioner. 3.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
