O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to register a case / FIR against the proposed accused person on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.03.2016 and investigate into the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed on the same day itself. He has further submitted that the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner through post.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not yet been received by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report directly to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
