ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused along with others trespassed into the property of the petitioner and cut down various trees and also caused damage to his properties. was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed as 'civil in nature'. A copy of the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner by post.

5.As it is represented that closure report has already been sent to the petitioner, it is open to her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
