This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against respondents 3 to 9 based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, the private respondents excommunicated the petitioner and his family members from worshiping the temple, namely, Siva Sudalaimada Swami Temple situated at 2/5

Mettukudiiruppu, Variyur Post, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, thereby, he sent the representation dated 04.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, peace committee meeting was conducted and as per the peace committee meeting, there is no excommunication. All the private respondents accepted to conduct the festival by joining together, but the petitioner has not signed in the settlement. Therefore, the petitioner's representation was considered and closed.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3/5

6.Therefore, recording the submission made by the respondents 1 and 2 that the private respondents agreed to conduct the festival together with the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. 07.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR To
