No.1 of 2021 in O.S. No:130/2011 and allow this Civil Revision Petition in the interest of justice. 1/3
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 17/04/2023 and the requisition letter Submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, vide the letter in D.No.274 of 2024, dated 18/03/2024, this Court made the following order:
This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.130 of 2011. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 17.04.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.130 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Subordinate Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.130 of 2011 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
