It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 and 30.03.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaints given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.231 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC by the third respondent Police.
