The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 98 days in representing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.134 of 2024 dated 18.03.2025 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
