It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that a copy of the complaint dated 06.04.2016 stated to have been given to the first respondent is not yet received by the second respondent so far. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 06.04.2016 to the second respondent directly and on receipt of the complaint, the second respondent will take action in accordance with law.
