2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed on 12.05.2016.

4.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
