ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation of the case in Crime NO.34 of 2017 pending on the file of Seethaparpananallur Police Station, Tirunelveli and file a final report against the accused persons within the stipulated time.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completion of enquiry, the case in Crime No.34 of 2017 has been closed on 26.05.2017 'as mistake of fact'.

Advocate (Crl.sdie), this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
