ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by interfering the civil dispute. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police called the petitioner and harassed to hand over the key of the house property. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police and also instructed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry without any harassment. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the enquiry as and when issued summons. 5.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
