RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4743 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020 for complying the condition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.S.RAJESWARI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 18.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4743 of 2020, directed the petitioners to jointly deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.47 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police. According to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to deposit the said amount, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4743 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from today on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Sevalaya, Kasuva Village, Pakkam, Thiruninravur, Thiruvallur, [Account No.29101000008743, IOB Bank, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.4086 of 2020 Mylapore, IFSC Code:IOBA0000291], failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
