... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT /COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14415 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SURIYANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), would submit that the petitioner was regularly complying with the conditions and in the meanwhile he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in another case under NDPS Act. He would further submit that the final report has been filed in this case and the trial has been commenced. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
