This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.432 of 2016, dated 09.10.2016 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
