When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenu Rajagopal was secured by the police in Nagamalai Police Station Crime No.145/2022 and was handed over to the petitioner. Recording the same, this petition stands closed.
