ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2015 and to pass suitable orders to the 3rd respondent to make suitable entries in the book maintained by him in order to rectify the error in respect of the properties situated in S.No. 461/2 and Survey No. 461/3 an extent 71.75 cents together a total extent of 1 acre 38.75 cents in Thuthoor Village of Ponnamaravathi.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.According to the petitioner, pointing out certain improper entries made in the revenue record book maintained by the respondents, the petitioner sent a representation dated 13.11.2015, requesting to rectify the mistake crept therein. Since the representation is pending without consideration, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking to direct the authorities to rectify the mistake.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
