ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction incentive increment to the petitioner for B.Ed.

qualification by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.08.2012 and 06.06.2013. 3.It is seen that even though the petitioner has made two representations dated 06.08.2012 and 06.06.2013, those representations were made not to the respondents herein. Therefore, if the petitioner is seeking the benefit from the respondents more particularly from the first respondent, she has to make fresh representation to the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent and if any such representation is made, it is for the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
