to register the complaint against the supra said accused persons, D.Jeyakumar, A. Santhanaraj, S. Chandra, S. Sacintharaj, S.Mary Navis Priya, S.Mary Navis Pretheeba and S.Anthony Raj, u/ss 120 B, 409, 420,466 of the indian Penal Code read with section 9 of the prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 based on the complaints dated 02.11.2017 and 11.01.2018.
Order : This petition is coming on for hearing on this day (03.07.2018) and upon perusing the petition and Affidavit and the Material Papers of this Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ESTHOV ANTONY ASHOK, Advocate for the petitioner, MR.M.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 to R4, this Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the allegation is only against the proposed respondents/respondent Nos.7 and 8, hence, he filed the impleading petition. 3.The respondents side has not raised any serious objection. 4.The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is satisfactory and this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main petition.
