O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to look into the representation dated 08.10.2015, wherein the alleged malpractice of the fourth respondent has been mentioned in distributing the funds under Draught Relief Scheme. 2.It is averred in the petition that the Central Government has granted certain funds to the Mallal Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited under the Draught Relief Scheme. But the fourth respondent has not disbursed the same properly and the fourth respondent has committed certain irregularities. Under the said circumstances, the representation dated 08.10.2015 has been given to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District.

But the same has not at all been considered and therefore, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that certain funds have been allotted to Mallal Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited under the Draught Relief Scheme by the Central Government. But the fourth respondent viz., the Secretary, Mallal Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited has committed certain irregularities in disbursing the said amounts and due to that a representation dated 08.10.2015 has been given to the first respondent viz., District Collector, Ramanathapuram. But the same has not at all been considered and therefore, the present petition has been filed. 4.Considering the nature of relief and also considering the fact that on 08.10.

2015 a representation has been given to the first respondent, this Court is of the view to give necessary direction to the first respondent.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs. The first respondent viz., District Collector, Ramanathapuram is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 08.10.2015 and after giving sufficient opportunities to the persons concerned, pass suitable orders within a period of two months.
