Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ , order or direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents to grant 7 days parole to the petitioners son namely Mr.Karthickraja @ Gajini Karthick (aged 28 years) son of Mr.Selvam who is confined in Central Prison, Madurai to attend funeral ceremony of his deceased brother namely Mr.Kuppuraja and to perform last rites to him and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.
