The Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.119/2015 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of enquiry, the case in Crime No.119 of 2015 has been closed on 15.12.2015 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate form for further action.
