ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.02.2016 for the alleged offences under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.52 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the de facto complainant and the same has been recovered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is already having one previous case.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the leaned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

considering the fact that the petitioner is already having one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
