ORDER

Having considered the application filed for condoning the delay in filing the review application, and having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for R1, this petition for condoning the delay is ordered subject to payment of costs.

2. The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- to the 1st Respondent / Petitioner in W.P(MD) No.6852 of 2018, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
