The petitioners have filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer M.C.O.P.No.2218 of 2019 pending on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai to any other District Court, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the first petitioner is suffering from Kidney ailment. He also submits that M.C.O.P.No.2218 of 2019 pending on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai is not proceeded in the absence of the Presiding Officer.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, M.C.O.P.No.2218 of 2019 pending on the file of the VI Additional District Court, Madurai is transferred to I Additional
