2. The Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam has given written instructions that all the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have since been removed. We place on record the said submission. We further direct the Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam to ensure that there are no more encroachments and that the petition mentioned water bodies are kept from free of any encroachment for all times to come.
