Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the office order in Letter No. AAI/MDU/C-1(A) dated 15.06.2017 passed by the office of the 2nd Respondent in respect of E-Bid (Tender) No. 1000021231 dated : 22.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to award the advertising rights license at Madurai Airport to the Petitioners in the event the Petitioner is found to be the highest bidder (H-1).
