The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.66 of 2018, dated 09.03.2018, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the respondent police has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioners.
