This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition/enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
