O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent to change the patta in her name in respect of patta No.1272 covering the land in Survey No.260 measuring 0.76.0 ares situate at Kollangudi Village, Kalayarkovil sub division, Sivagangai District. 2.It is seen that the petitioner, after purchasing the said property, seeks for change of patta in her name by making a representation on 17.08.2015.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not yet been considered so far. 4.Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 17.08.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
