ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed. He would further submit that a copy of the closure report has already been sent to the petitioner through post.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the copy of the closure report has not yet been received by the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
